Katie Tracy is the senior regulatory policy advocate for Public Citizen\u2019s Congress Watch division, where she works with her team and coalition partners to advocate for a strong federal regulatory system that safeguards people\u2019s health, safety, and wellbeing from preventable harm.<\/p>\n
Prior to joining Public Citizen, Katie served as the Chief Counsel to the Chairman at the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission. Before government service, Katie led the workers\u2019 rights program as a senior policy analyst at the Center for Progressive Reform. She also previously worked with the Center for Effective Government\/OMB Watch as a regulatory policy analyst.<\/p>\n
Katie holds a J.D. from American University Washington College of Law, where she served as a Note and Comment Editor on the Administrative Law Review and a Senior Editor for the Sustainable Development Law & Policy brief.
